It would be interesting to see what Rick Barber would have to say after he had the experience of being one of those who has to depend, even briefly, on those government entitlements that he labels as “slavery” of others. Most people on Social Security Disability, unemployment insurance, or welfare would gladly give Rick Barber their “entitlements” and the problems that made them eligible for them, in return for being able to work as hard as he does for the income he has.

no need to go that far. he likes farm subsidies. they’re huge entitlements, and they line the pockets of rich and poor farmers alike…
