It’s Windows XP, showing its age, I’m afraid, and possibly the computer - don’t know what kind of hardware you have there.

Maybe I should also post a link to the Comedy Central page for the video, for the MP4-impaired computers among us.

It’s a Dell Dimension 3000 that I swapped some bike parts for, several years ago. I’ll throw a couple more bucks in the ‘new computer’ jar.
