Mr. w can’t be in the same room building when lamb is being cooked. Says it smells like burning human flesh. Been a while since I had lamb. :O

Before we were married, I used to buy beautiful chops at the local grocer, and do them with garlic and rosemary, under the broiler to JUST medium rare. They were GOOD!!! But we’ve been married 25 years, so I haven’t done that in, like, 24 years.

Crap, now I’m salivating.
