I’m sure the 4 conservatives on SOCTUS were credits to their profession, instead of telegraphing that they could not possibly care less about the arguments in this case because their votes are predetermined.

Gorsuch basically said that there’s nothing in the Constitution that gives the SCOTUS the authority to rule on this. Ginsberg had to remind him of the 14th and the requirement that all citizens be treated equally, where one person, one vote comes from.
