In terms of death toll though, we should look at the percentage of target population killed though as well.

For the Bosnian War, it works out of something like 6-9%. With another 1-2% (at least) raped in Organized Rape Camps.

That last one is a really special sort of evil right there. Only Nazi Germany and Japan under the Taisei Yokusankai did that sort of depravity.

I hope that explains my logic on Serbia. Japan and Germany ended up occupied. Serbia did not.
