Pamela Karlan made a good point about America not having a hereditary aristocracy. As we all know, naming your child Baron, Duchess or Prince doesn’t create a hereditary aristocracy - unless you’re a Trump.

Karlan’s comment pierced the Trump klan’s fantasy and that won’t stand.

as i’ve said, she used his name as an example because it fits.
she wasnt nasty or ‘derisive’ in using it
she didnt describe his behavior or call him out for doing anything, or imply anything
the president’s own son has a name indicative of a title of nobility

my guess is she thought this up well in advance and not on the spot.
