I think that’s become part of the problem. I think it’s a lot harder for these dictators to find a safe place to retire than it used to be. They have to hang on to the bitter end, it’s their only choice.

Syria is different in that he can’t flee because if he does it will mean a sectarian civil war and probable genocide for his people.
