I knew it was time to tie an onion to my belt and admit I’m one of the olds here at LGF when the notice of Lesley Gore’s death drew hardly any reaction.

She was such a big part of my teen years—we moved away from my little hometown when I was a high school sophomore, and I pretty much wore out “The Old Crowd” crying my eyes out on a daily basis.
