Your party can’t refuse to allow him to nominate somebody. Refusing to hold hearings to act in the “advise and consent” role will do massive damage to the GOP.

I do not propose refusing to hold hearings, at least not for the first nominee. But no Republican should vote for any liberal Obama appointee, Whatever those outside the party think of that is their business, but maintaining party unity on this has to be the paramount Republican concern. We just won’t hold together if it isn’t.
