Same happens when a child brought up in a “white only” environment sees a black person for the first time. They are leery —what is this?

It’s learned behavior, not innate, or natural. It’s the norm, but it’s not normal. Abnormal, lazy people enforce it to get special, unearned perks for themselves. We don’t teach that to our children.
