How did Valerie Jarrett’s name even come up in all of this?

Roseanne’s racist tweet was a “joke” about Valerie Jarrett, but apparently it was also a response to another racist tweet targeting Jarrett. I don’t know why there is this hatred focused on Valerie but racists have to be racists.
