Certainly fits the pop culture definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

I can’t even see any campaigning benefit from saying, “I voted to get rid of Obamacare 33 times!!!1” No matter how much somebody hates Obamacare, that still sounds really stupid.
