Apparently this is going to be the “defense” of Hastert, that he’s the victim because the federal laws he broke are “wrong,” that people should be able to withdraw however much they want from their own bank accounts whenever they like without justifying it to the government.

And yet Fat Hasert was one of the biggest proponents of the War on Drugs in Congress. He’s the one who chose apparently to pursue a relationship with a male student and he’s also the one who chose a political career and to pay the man off from talking so Dennis s precious “family values” street cred wouldn’t go to shit if it was revealed he had a sexual relationship with a high schooler.
