As bad as some of what we see in the GOP is, what we see on the other side - bigger government, even bigger deficits, abandoning our allies and sucking up to our enemies (and losing the respect of both), etc., - is even worse.

Agreed. That’s why I cannot turn my back on the Republican party. I seek it reformed, because if the Democrats are the only sane party America is hosed.
