The only good bye post that could be classed as something other than a flounce was NYNana’s. She left after her friend in real life, Carl From Jerusalem. got the boot. Charles was right to ban him after he linked to Gates of Vienna, but he was her friend in real life and not just online, so she stated she would be leaving to follow him. There was neither drama nor hostility, but I still wish she’d stayed instead.

I know you had kind words for her when she departed.
