No, it just demonstrates that the Senate doesn’t trust the State Department and wants to make sure Iran is promptly punished if it cheats on any terms of an agreement or balks at its implementation. Which seems proper to me. It’s just the Senate insisting on its prerogatives.

You believe that any deal made will not make clear that the sanctions go back into place if Iran does not live up to its end of the bargain? And approve of the Senate being given veto authority over how the President conducts our foreign policy?
