TBH I’m annoyed that films like Braveheart were presented as historical epics. So much inaccurate about those films. I mean I get you can’t always be accurate and film needs artistic license but some things man. And don’t get me started on The Patriot, worst representation of the Revolution I’ve seen. John Adams meanwhile was brilliant because it showed nuance.

I’m pretty sure that Braveheart is widely considered the most historically inaccurate film ever made.
