Was born in the “Sixth Boro of New York” - Perth Amboy, NJ 08861, a few blocks from the former “Majestic Theatre” - two doors up from Fishkin Bothers Sporting Goods, Etc. Store.
Or, as we used to say, in pre-GPS days, in Woodbridge Center - “Starting From Sam Goody’s…”
