Well, no. The pickle is not solely of their own making. The situation there is not mainly the result of the actual Palestinians, but the entire Mid-Eastern Mulsim world, who all find having the Palestinians around useful as a political pawn. The anti-semitic propaganda is pumped out by nations like Yemen and Saudi Arabia, countries we’re on perfectly friendly terms with.

I have sympathy for any child born among the Palestinians, growing up hearing the propaganda of hate, growing up fed lies and propaganda every day. It is hard to shake off the hate that’s taught in ones youth— it’s even harder when there’s an active, violent conflict.

That’s one reason Hamas never really respects a ceasefire— they need to keep the hatred alive, and they need to have Israel defend itself so that they can claim they’re being attacked.

I get aggravated when people talk about the Israel-Palestine conflict. There isn’t such a thing. It’s Israel vs. Muslim Middle East conflict.
