The evidence is clear that contractors will hire workers for cheap because those workers will accept much less money. Paying a skilled carpenter, or electrician, etc, enough money to live is an artificial cost is why USA’s middle class is disappearing. And where is this “lucky few” comment come from? A Country can only be strong if the Citizens of that Country are strong. This seems obvious to me.
