Oops. That’s a typo. I meant the fingers on my left hand are messed up.

I guess I could try two finger guitar playing, like Tommy Iommi of Black Sabbath. He’s a southpaw player and that works. The ring finger and pinky finger on my lefthand are basically useless but the thumb, index and middle fingers are all OK.

Power chords are your friend, especially using your thumb further round to hold the low E string.

But yeah, I can see a left handed guitar working better in your case and using a pick in your left hand instead.
