Yeah, I get that. But it just doesn’t matter how evil he is, or how flimsy his argument is. What harm could have come from honoring the treaty? Just let him meet with the consulate, then execute him. I don’t get why they flatly refused to cooperate with the Obama administration, other than because the administration asked them to do something, and if you cooperate with Obama, that’s bad… or something. I don’t get it, at all.

Didn’t the Bush administration make the same request?
