The longer video from the first account you linked to should be watched as well. It does not show tanks, just some MT-LB tracked vehicles that carry supplies or people and a whole lot of trucks. It gives an idea of the logistical effort needed to sustain that company of T-72B3s in battle.
And yes, it really does take 12-15 soldiers to sustain one T-72, and only three of them are actually crewing the tank. All of those trucks and MT-LBs carry the food, fuel, ammunition and spare parts needed to keep a tank company rolling.
