Exactly! I was discussing this with a friend from Austin who’s a slightly-left-of-center Democrat from Austin, and I told him I’m a man without a party.

Basically if someone was a Bush voter, and a friend of mine that’s my age-ish (I have a BUNCH of friends like that) almost to the last man, they now consider themselves disgusted independents.
