Not sure it’s about ‘forcing’—might be like the breathalyzers that were ‘made available’ for those who wanted to (mis)use them.

Except that breathalyzers are gender neutral. Put them in a bar and anyone can have access. Plus there are legitimate public health reasons for them since you’d know if you’re too drunk to drive before walking out the door.

Pregnancy tests in bars are only targeted at women and don’t serve any purpose other than state sponsored slut shaming. Just because a woman is in a bar drinking doesn’t mean she’s a whore who sleeps with every guy there. What valid reason is there to put the tests there?

My favorite bit of logic from the article: “… he opposes expanding family planning services because taxpayer dollars shouldn’t “finance other people’s recreation.”

Puts public financing of multimillion dollar stadium facilities in a new light.

Oh, but the billionaire owners of those teams are job creators. Financing their stadiums is totally okay.
