Reine. Got the file (Thanks). Checked my submitted recipe and damn. Already found an error (on my part). Will send you the correction. Just so you are aware. My Acrobat Reader Shows it starting at page 106 while the TOC says it is at page 95. So you may have some issues with error reporting.
