I doubt Roberts cares about that. His legacy is to be the best Rightwing Chief Justice he can be. Apparently he was ALWAYS against the Voting Rights Act and is using his position to gut it once and for all. I gather that if he gets the right opportunity, he will do away with Roe v. Wade once and for all too.
