I consider it a sign of how severely fucked the GOP is as a party going forward that this is the second midterm season of a two-term president who every media outlet is saying is unpopular, yet the control of the Senate remains in limbo. It shouldn’t even be this close, yet we’re actually debating whether the GOP will be able to pull it off next month.
