it’s funny, but on this progressive blog i’ve been hanging out on since 2006, any mention of biden draws nothing but biting sarcasm and hostility. yet, here i am in what is famously nicknamed “the socialist republic of berkeley”, and the people i talk to here feel that a biden/harris ticket is inevitable and a very good way to bring back the rust belt

i like all the candidates but i am very wary of scaring off swing voters with anything that can be painted as radical

I’ve been trying to moderate my definition of radical, so to speak. I’ve decided I don’t want to think of someone like Elizabeth Warren as a radical choice. Why the hell not Elizabeth Warren?
