More likely the 12.7mm version as made by the soviets, but yeah, it’s a nasty weapon and found on many armored vehicles and aircraft. Not happy.

I can imagine shooting at another human being with something that looks like it was made to kill elephants. I’ve never seen something that size… it just… I don’t want to think about what kind of damage it could cause to a human body.
