Well, I’m quite happy. I did a little investigating around the pond and it seems the frogs have discovered the sheltered breeding areas I set up them. I found about 15 egg clusters containing 10 -20 eggs each. They seem particularly fond of laying eggs on the water chestnuts. assuming they keep laying eggs for another month of so I think I’ll produce at least 100 frogs by august. maybe a whole lot more!
at that point the state will demand you apply for a frog breeders license
