Wow - 90 F at night? Damn. But your idea that maybe he’s got tattoos - white supremacist or otherwise - might explain the long-sleeved shirt.

To me, that shirt he’s wearing looks more like a henley shirt than a hoodie - and there seems to be some kind of logo or something on the upper left of the shirt.
