Animal Control told my hubby that if we saw the dog again on our property, that would be a legal route to take since it had already killed 2 of our pets.

I had a cat that was scared of nothing.
My next door neighbor has a pitbull, and my cat was sunning on the deck one day and over comes the dog.
I was like oh crap, The cat jumped on its head and dug claws in with all four paws, it was like watching a rodeo.
The dog would run anytime it saw that cat after that.
