Yeah…he’s a good guy. And he’s been going through a shitstorm of his own for months…and of course he gets to take heat along side me. But I will use the metaphor from my comment to D_F above about cutting the brakes. I’m good at what I do and I have a crack-team of engineers under me. I just need to organize my shit a bit better so the next time some other manager tries to yank a project mid-stream and say it’s because I didn’t provide the support, I can rightly tell him to go fuck himself and find another excuse.

And my boss will be okay with that, I think.
