Rolling due to dig and dump by the glaciers.

I lived for nine years in Indiana and recalled the hills there when I was bicycling around in my youth. Was back through there in the late 80s and got the driver to stop by the old house. Almost didn’t recognize the place since the “hill” near the house had the vertical displacement of a speed bump.

A lot of differences between perceiving the world as a 9-year-old and an adult. And also living in actual hilly terrain.

Yeah, that’s the long and short of it. There is some beautiful hilly country in the south of Indiana, near the Kentucky border. But of course, fish country is on the almost glass-like flat plains of the central part of the state. I think it is a lovely place, especially for driving, but my wife thinks it’s boring.
