this was my point above
these are individual (1040) tax rates
none of these folks would have enormous schedule c income (unincorporated business)
and the business tax rules wouldnt change much

were talking (for them)
salaries and bonuses
interest and dividends
capital gains (presumably)
real estate, partnerships, passive activities and other income
