Yup. I’ll have to look into her albums now, thanks for making me spend more money. (:: (I don’t copy YouTube videos or anything like that: If I like an artist I will fork over the clams for their work.)

Mostly I just play locally and for free now. When I was still married to my first wife, we travelled all over Florida and south Georgia chasing a few bucks here and there.

The most I ever got paid was at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival one year (paid musicians are only invited there, so I feel special). The most exposure I ever got was in the National Hammered Dulcimer Competition in Winfield Kansas in 2010, where I finished 7th of 13 (I beat six, six beat me - I also played a heck of a lot better than that YouTube clip, though there is another YouTube clip from a previous conference in Denver where I did a bunch better).
