Facebook is maddening.

What is worse, is that some fields of endeavor, like genealogy, have become very Facebook-centric, so if I want to connect to this or that genealogy group I’ve got to use Facebook.

And many people may not realize it but Instagram is just another wing of the empire.

Old people use Facebook, young people use Instagram, same company is mining the data, grandparents and grandchildren.
