Well, as of 4/8 the county here in PA appears to be doubling in confirmed cases about every 5-6 days.

Given that the number of negative results of tests is not scaling with the confirmed case increase I expect that the testing here is still only people who are showing explicit symptoms and not aimed at being preventative at all. Which means that the lock-downs and distancing are all that is currently in place attempting to limit or slow the current spread of the virus.
