Arizona being a “Constitutional Carry” State, where anyone over 21 can carry a concealed weapon without any training or permit, coupled with a prohibition on State and local government facilities banning firearms in their facilities unless lock boxes are provided is a recipe for disaster. A Maricopa County Board of Supervisors meeting is most likely going to get shot up soon, and there’s not much they can do to prevent it.
