if he can’t control enemies inside his own borders
how can we have ever expected him to control them outside ?

he is deserving of a nod at least

cos W knows the difference between good and evil. and yes, he’s had to make hard decisions that go against that - but fundementally at his core , he knows whats good and whats evil.
