Yes. There aren’t any conservative leaders, at least on the national level, who have the guts to stand up to the anti-science streak in the GOP.

But instead of castigating conservatives for this, I note that their beliefs on this have actually shifted, becoming more denialist over the past ten years. This is, I believe, in response to a large propaganda campaign.

So I see little point in simply berating conservatives, and much more point in trying to expose those propagandists.
