Just remember if ‘holding on’ involves actively voting for those candidates, you are supporting their positions.
I think dividing things up into only two possible areas— liberal or conservative— is always going to be polarizing, and the truth is that those divisions are just what the two parties would like to perpetuate.
Many ‘liberal’ solutions are based around saving money in the long run, for example. That’s a perfectly ‘conservative’ position.
