Speaking of school administration fuckery:

Nurse refuses student inhaler during asthma attack

Suppose the nurse had administered the inhaler or whatever. If she were breaking a federal law —such as “unauthorized” distribution of a “controlled substance” (because some form wasn’t properly signed and filed —could that be a felony?) and yet kid were to die, then she might be charged with murder? (Any death during commission of a felony equals murder —recall the shoplifter recently charged for murder of the security guy who died of a heart attack.) Are my assumptions wrong?

Too much collateral damage in our war on drugs, I think.
