Wouldn’t shock me that they try argue something like business owners being the ones who negotiate the plans, and so much sign off on birth control coverage. Thing that they won’t consider is that they’ll effectively be setting precedent that any business owner can choose to fuck with more than just birth control in the name of “religious freedom.”

Businesses by Jehovahs Witnesses would prohibit blood products, transfusions etc. and require bloodless surgeries, etc.

Other religious groups might require faith healing to exclusion of all others.

Still others could demand homeopathy.
