Some people have suggested Ellen to play Pence which I can totally see and it would be hilarious to see Ellen play a rabidly anti-gay man.

Since it seems to bother Trump so much, having a comedy act where Trump, Spicer, Bannon, Pence et al. are all played by women would be a very good thing.
