They got into a spot of trouble when they first started selling the stickers because they claimed they were made from the same material as NASA space suits. NASA was all like, nope, they have nothing in common with our space suits, and even if they did our space suits have no special healing properties.

Also they made some claims about treating cancer which had to be removed.

That’s some major woowoo BS. I genuinely had no idea.

And yet there’s tons of people out there who buy into it. I guess I shouldn’t be amazed - like I’ve pointed out, Czechs are really into homeopathy, which makes things interesting ‘round these parts during a major flu outbreak (like we’re having right now) and a sizeable chunk of the population thinks that Oscillococcinum* is gonna cure them.
