Yes, obviously. My point is that she seems to think imprisonment should be voluntary. It isnβt, by definition. This has been something of a minor crazy string in RWNJ thinking. Iβve seen RWNJs try to invoke the presumption of innocence when some traitor is arrested, absurdly suggesting that a conviction must be obtained before an arrest can be made. It is actually part of goober outhouse folk-law that formal indictments must be secured before an arrest can be made, even in the face of compelling evidence and immediate risk.
