Many of the personal changes that would help us get a handle on the rate of climate change, are healthy and pleasant changes anyway:

Drive less. walk more.

Grow some veggies.

Pay more attention to nature.

Read some books instead of watching a video every night.

Hang out your laundry in the fresh air instead of chucking it in the dryer.
