I’d argue there’s an ur-kink: he finds display and abuse of power very stimulating.

Being able to make a big parade happen, show off the killing power at his command, control all of those dangerous men, freak out people who think this is weird and are “weak” because they don’t like war, wave his death-cock at the rest of the world…this is 100% the dude’s fetish groove.
